contract - termination of old provider

In Feb. of 2013 we switched to Comcast.  An error somewhere along the way has happened with the termination of our old provider which was Verizon.  We have been trying for months to resolve the issue.  I thought things were taken care of finally in July but then Verizon said they had no record of termination before that.


Can you provide any information or confirmation # from Comcast showing this information, showing when service with Comcast started and service with Verizon had ended.


Anything you can send us would be greatly appreciated.
