Phone service was down in our area over the weekend back in June which eventually got restored. One of our 5 lines are still down. When I called to report, I was told that a tech has to come out to resolve the issue. No one showed up the first time so we had to reschedule the next day. Next day he came and restored it right away. A new bill came and there's now an additional charge of $99.95 for trouble call plus other fees totalling $105.56. I contacted the customer service to complain and barely managed to get $50 credit when we requested for a full credit. How odd that it's considered "inside wire issue" when there was an outage in our area and the service was spotty? As a long time Comcast customer, we are very disappointed about this and it will definitely be factor when we shop for a new carrier once our contract is up. Poor customer service!
