change billing address

How do I get our billing address changed?  we haven't received our bills because they're going to our old address.  I need to change this immediately...

To make changes to your billing address it is necessary to contact the Business Service Center @ 1-800-391-3000.  Changes of this nature does require personally identifiable information that is only available to the account holder.
