We have multiple accounts and apparently any of them starting with 095 or 016 is giving me an error message that the account number is not correct or incomplete? I am typing it directly from the bill. Also, everytime I ask it to resend my security pin, it tells me it cannot do it at this time. It does not help that I can't even find a generic email to send a question too and the 800 number cannot get me through to anyone. Please assist.
Welcome udrdenver. Account numbers beginning in 016 and 095 utilize the first thirteen numbers, no spaces & no dashes, numbers only.. If your issue persist please send me a private message with the account numbers as they appear on your bill and I will have a Billing Agent investigate.
