cannot link account and need pin resent

We have multiple accounts and apparently any of them starting with 095 or 016 is giving me an error message that the account number is not correct or incomplete?  I am typing it directly from the bill.  Also, everytime I ask it to resend my security pin, it tells me it cannot do it at this time.  It does not help that I can't even find a generic email to send a question too and the 800 number cannot get me through to anyone.  Please assist.

Welcome udrdenver.   Account numbers beginning in 016 and 095 utilize the first thirteen numbers, no spaces & no dashes, numbers only..  If your issue persist please send me a private message with the account numbers as they appear on your bill and I will have a Billing Agent investigate.

 

PIN Request:  Please send me a private message with the business account number, the business address as well as the primary contact number and I will forward the request to the Regional Support Center.
