I have been trying for the last two days to contact customer service by phone. I get placed in the queue on hold and no one ever picks up. I leave my speaker phone on and music plays for approximately 30 minutes and then I am disconnected. I went to a local Comcast office but after waiting 25 mintues in line the person there said he could not help me since I was a business customer. I told him my problems about not being able to get through and he said there was nothing I could do.

This is Comcast's method for handling these things; if nobody answers the phone, the customer has no voice. I finally filed with BBB, and then Comcast will call you back. :-)
