I still do not have resolution to this issue. I finally talked to a person on the phone. She was absolutely no help. She sent me to an address(wasted my time). When I got there they said it was for residential and gave me a business card. I called Kim Goodwin and left a message on jan. 18 no response back. I tried again 26 hrs. later still no response from her. I will not have this affect my credit rating as I am not paying the increase till some PERSON contacts me and we discuss it.
