Your website says you have a "24/7, 365 support hotline for billing", and I call the 24/7 phone number, and it says you are closed....what am I missing here?
OHHHHHH, I get it. I want to cancel my account, and the date to cancel it is 1/3/2021. So, you 'close' your 24/7 billing hotline of 1-800-391-3000 so I can't, and you have the 'legal right' to bill me for another month? How pathetic is that for such a large, billion dollar corporation....I guess the only way you can become a 'billion dollar corporation' ... is to exploit people. Thank you for making this blatant, and assuring me of no longer even passing a fart to Xfinity ever again.....T
