I read my bill and saw that $169.90 is due. That's the regular $69.95 plus some "Other Charges & Credits" I don't recognize. I called the 800-391-3000 number, but I just keep hearing some poppling sound and "Still working," "I'm sorry, but we're experiencing technical difficulties," and "Please hold for a customer account representative." Then, the phone hangs up.
I need to remove that $100 charge from my bill. I think I have Auto Pay set up, though I only keep being asked to set it up and the bill has never been automatically charged. Even with this confusion, I'm still worried I'll automatically pay the extra $100, and that's unacceptable.
