We have a full PRI and Business Class Internet and today when I called the Advanced Services Support Number 1-855-368-0600 The Rep I was dealing with was rude, unhelpful and when I asked her to put me in contact with somebody that could help she hung up on me. I eventually figured out my issue but would like to file a complaint. Our contract is ending in 2014 and encounters like these are pushing me to look somewhere else other the comcast
