What to do when you can't reach your sales rep?

Any idea what I should do if I am unable to reach my sales rep through multiple emails, voicemails, and phone calls? I was on hold for a collective hour and a half, and transferred to five different people at Comcast, all who told me that they couldn't do anything for me because my sales representative was the one in charge of my site survey and installation. All they could do was send another email to him. I explained that I already did that, and they don't seem to have any other options for me.


So, as <edited for violating froum guidelines> a sales representative who isn't getting back to me, any ideas in the community how I can expedite my survey and installation? Thanks.
