I have a business and a home account, and zi get at mininmum 4 pieces of mail from comcast at both addresses for crap that zi dont want. If I wanted it i woukd call you, I dont care that every 72 hour you have a stupid offer to offer me. Honestly, companies like your should be fined for wasting paoer like thatnit is absurd. Also, step uo your game.. whaat is your customer service reps goal for customer satisfaction?? What is it like 78% - with goals like that you'll always suck......horribly, I think everytime i speak to skneone I say to myself..
