Weekend voice mail

As a new customer I was expecting full service especially for Business class. I just found out the voicemail only works during Business hours and not on weekends....for a Doctors office, we need to have 24/7 coverage.  I was told I have to record a message and the end of the week for the weekend and re-record on Monday...  That is NOT acceptable.  Does anyone have a solution ???

Hello pinkief1500 and welcome,

 

Comcast Voicemail can be scheduled for you too have a.) personal greeting and b.) alternate greeting. Both of these greeting types can also be programmically scheduled for activation for like a.) 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM and b.) 5:01 PM to 8:59 AM. If you have only setup a personal greeting, then  this will play 24/7 365 until it is scheduled differently.  If you need telephone user information for the above aforementiioned schdule information, simply log into you business class portal account, click on upper Support tab and enter into the search bar 'telephone user guide' and this will bring up various support facilities to obtains or access telephone user information for customer assistance.
