There's no option to private message you. I cannot pay my bill. Please resolve this ASAP.
You can private message him by clicking on his name and "send this user a private message" will be on the middle left of the screen.
Xfinity WiFi turned itself on (!) and it's causing interferrence. I can't bring up the "My Account" portal to turn it back off. It hangs for several minutes then displays an error page saying that the error page isn't configured.
