We lost connectivity around 1am and didn't get back online until after 1 pm (based on received timestamps for e-mails). How do we get a bill credit for the lost half-day?

MIchael, we have been out for nearly 18 hours now -- our business entirely depends on the phones. We book 20-30 clients a day by phone for services averaging $150 to $200. What can you do for us for lost service time and lost business?

@edbern - You should probably start your own thread on this forum - my issue was settled last month (although we were also down for most of the day yesterday). Plus, who knows how many Community Managers Comcast has monitoring these forums - you probably want to have your own conversation.
