Way beyond frustrated

Short version: Got our internet back in August.

 

The net cuts out 2-3 times a day for 5-10 minutes. VERY ANNOYING happens every day.

 

 

We have had techs come out on 6-7 seperate occasions.

They can't fix it.

 

We give up

 

Everytime I try to call comcast, I get the run around and transferred 10 times.

 

They say I will get an early termination fee if we cancel A PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT WORK.

 

Who can I contact to get this resolved? I DO NOT want to try and fix it, we are over and done with it.

I would prefer an email, I am tired of getting the run around and transferred 15 times only to have a guy tell me I will get billed for 2 more months AND pay an early termination fee on a product that doesn't work and we don't use.

 

I am not paying the early termination fee or monthly fee for a product that doesn't work.

Termination fee

I switched to ATT and Comcast charged me the termination fee.   They would not get rid of it so I will never do business with Comcast again.    I am cancelling Comcast at the house ASAP too.  Oddly I contacted them months ago about the escalating bill but they made no offer.   Then as my 30 day intitial period with ATT was coming to an end Comcast made an offer but I said I would not switch back unless they paid my ATT termination fee and they would not, so why go back?     The ATT modem has wireless.  Comcast did not offer free wireless.  Done

I have called no less than 5 times and every time I get transferred no less than 5 times per call.

 

I just want this mess behind me
