I have been a Comcast business customer for the last year and signed a 3 yr contract. My fiancé and I are going to be moving in the next few days and were going to have the service moved. This is where the problem begins and were Comcast bad business practices are evident. When we signed we were told 1. The price would stay the same (have this in writing in an email from the rep). 2. If we moved we could take the service with us at no cost and if the service wasn’t provided in the area the contract would be null and void. Now after speaking to Comcast Business we are being told we have to sign a new contract and that the cost will go up 50 dollars and that we have to pay an installation fee at new location. Our other option the rep said would be to pay 75 percent of the remaining months to cancel the contract. We really need some assistance as we were told one thing and now we are being told something else. Really need some help with this situation.

I am having the same type problems with their "contracts".. lesson learned.....go with a company who doesnt require a contract. Lower level employees dont know what their talking about & their poor record keeping & billing errors are their problems & should turn into ours. So frustrating...
