Want somene local to talk to

When I made the decion to go with ComCast the Regional Sales manager was sitting in and really made the pitch. Now I understand we are a orphan account like a call in account and I cannot not get anyone at comcast to talk to us. Out account I realize is not huge it'll only be about  $10,000 a year. I need to have someone local as a representative. I would really love to talk to someone over the position of Robert Bonds the current regional.

We have had a miserable kick off of the comast system due strickly to not having anyone do a walk thru and ordering the correct WORKING equipment. I have have at least 30 CR's for the system being down.

Welcome CPS.  I apologize for the ongoing issues that you've encountered with your Comcast Business Services.  I have engaged our Corporate Escalation team to assist with resolution of these issues.

today is, 07-22-14. Just now read your note. To my knowledge I have not received a phone call. I have been persistent and have called many different people.
