I just received my bill. OF COURSE with another error. I was to receive a credit, but instead they charged me. UNBELIEVABLE. Then when I call to get it corrected I wait on hold for 30 minutes to be yelled at by a rep, then told the credit is above her limit and I have to wait an hour until higher management is free because they are in a meeting. Really???? Comcast I would think with all the negative media out there at how terrible your customer service is you would change this type of abuse towards your customers. And if that lady rep changes my name on my bill it better state [Removed] I'm DONE with you all!!!
So much illegitimate business practices these days, screwing people out of money. I think companies will learn to be honest in the future but for now I hope I don't have to deal with many more like Comcast.
