I opened a ticket several weeks back and never got any reply or contacts. So hoping somebody here can assist me.
1. login to comcast bussiness account
2. click on manager tools
3. under manage Services, click on Phone
4. I then get a message
Welcome vinylb. We have updated the credentials for your account . Also please utilize the below link for access to the Business Digital Voice Center.
Please let me know if your are unable complete your Business Voice set-up.

I clicked on link , entered my credentials for business account and was then prompted by another signon at this page:
Interestingly..there is a message above the field to enter a user name and message in red is "The username and password entered do not match. Please try again."
I tried to enter my Business account details, it failed. i then entered my residential account details and was allowed in.
Howvever clicking on the voice link again takes me into a web loop.
Hi vinylb. The link in your post is for Residential Services. Try clearing the stored <form data> and <stored passwords> form the browser and restest.
I cleared out forms data, passwords and cache in IE and Chrome and still go to that residential website.
Somehow Comcast backend still thinks my voice account is residential - at least thats what I am interpreting from this.
The logon page also has this verbiage next tp the signon fields:
