I am trying to unlink a few of our Comcast accounts but it is giving me an error "There are no active users on this account. In order to unlink this account, you must create an active user to transfer this account. Once a user is activated, please return to complete the unlink account process." I am the primary account holder so I don't know what I need to do.
I click on the Unlink and the message I listed above shows up before the users are shown in step 3 of unlinking an account. Those steps do not work.
To clarify, I am trying to remove old accounts that are no longer active and have been disconnected, from the list of active accounts on the website.
