Unexplained change to my bill

The Service Details have changed on my Comcast HSI bill, but I don't know why.

For reference, I will now include the details of the previous three bills:

Billing Date: 12/14/12

Equipment Fee: $7.00

5 Static IP: $19.95

22mg Business Class HSI: $99.95

Billing Date: 01/14/13

Equipment Fee: $7.00

5 Static IP: $19.95

22mg Business Class HSI: $99.95

Billing Date: 02/14/13

Equipment Fee: $7.00

5 Static IP: $19.95

22mg Business Class HSI: $99.95

On my most recent bill, the details have changed. I can find no record of any notification that there would be a change. Here are the details from the most recent bill.

Billing Date: 03/14/13

Equipment Fee: $7.00

Premium Internet PKG Business Class Internet: $109.95

5 Static IP: $19.95

What happened? Why am I being charged more? Did my service change? If my service changed, why was I not contacted?

Re: Unexplained change to my bill

Hello rcsheets,

For any billing questions, please contact our billing department at the national support line of: 1-800-391-3000.

They will be able to work with you and explain your services in detail.

Thank you

Re: Unexplained change to my bill

After spending a couple of minutes navigating your AA system, I was told that the billing office is closed. I was not, however, told when the billing office would be open.

I don't like having to take time out of my day, on your schedule, to figure out why you made unannounced changes to my bill.

What are the operating hours of your billing support department?

Would it be possible to program your AA system to announce the hours, rather than just advising me to call back "during normal business hours"? I am busy, and don't have time to call back over and over.

I will have a Customer service agent contact you so they may explain the charges in your bill.
