Hello. Our business recently switched over services to a different phone provider, and we have been trying to terminate our services with Comcast. In talking with Comcast support representatives, I understand we need our CPNI number to terminate our services. We were notified that we should receive our number in the mail in 7-10 business days, which we waited for, but we did not receive our number. We then called Comcast again to ask for the CPNI number, verified our mailing address, and reinitiated another sent CPNI number. More than 10 business days have passed since that call, and we still have not received the number to process our termination request.
Our concern is that we have already paid for one month of services we did not need and we were coming up on another month. Is there any method we can use to expedite the termination request? I can call Comcast Business again, but I'm afraid that we will have to wait another 7-10 business days to receive the CPNI number, in which time we'll have to pay for another month of services we no longer use. Any information and support would be greatly appreciated.
