Unable to link accounts

Hi,

 

I am trying to link three accounts to our existing Comcast Business account. It fails as I receive the following error message:

 

"The account number you entered already exists in My Account. Only accounts that have not been previously set up on My Account may be linked."

 

Can you assist, please?

I appreciate you reaching out today and letting us know about the errors going on with linking your account. If these following steps https://business.comcast.com/help-and-support/accounts-billing/link-unlink-comcast-business-online-a... have been followed and you are still receiving that error, I'll be glad to assist and review what may be causing this. May I please have you private message me your full name, the name of all the businesses, the full address of each location and the phone numbers that are associated with each account?
