I recently just had a new modem installed and now when I log in to my account there is no E-mail messages displayed in the upper right and when I try to go to My Services I get "Sorry, you don't have the permission or services to access this page".

HI cal003. Our Tier 2 agent updated the user permissions for this email address and refreshed the services. Please retry you access again.
It's still saying the same thing. I tried clearing my cache and history just in case still no go. I also can not acces my e-mail through outlook anymore, it says bad user name or password.
Seems to be working perfectly now. Not sure if you did something else or it just took more time.
