Hi,
A rep had added an account to our business account erroneously, and I am unable to unlink it because there is no active user. I am getting the message: "In order to unlink this account, you must create an active user to transfer this account. Once a user is activated, please return to complete the unlink account process." We are not related to this company at all. Please advise how I can unlink?
