Two bills/accounts after upgrade

We've recently upgraded from comcast residental to business and now we have two accounts with two seperate bills. Both say all equipment is active, even though the old equipment is no longer being used. The previously unpaid balance from the original residental was carried over to the business account, and is now showing on both bills. I paid one and the other still shows as unpaid. How do I resolve this issue?

Hello Spectral_Wire and welcome,

 

It is necessary for you to contact the residential disconnect/retention group to cancel the account that I understand you no longer need. Please make absolutely sure that all telephone numbers, email address, etc. that were ported over from residential to business have been confirmed to be done so by a Comcast Business Billing Agent at 800-391-3000.
