Trying to give a positive review to a customer service rep.
I just got off the phone with a cutomer service rep who helped me activate a modem that I purchased. So long story short.. I have horrible cell service and when I gave her my email address for the survey it must have cut out. I confirmed it as being right (yet again bad cell service, sounded right). When she went over everything again it was not right but to late to change. I feel the need to write this because she gave me awsome customer service and it is a shame I dont get to fill out the review. Her name is Melissa and my ticket number is CR576882534. I hope this gets to someone who can, at the very least, let her know that she does a great job.
