I spent 40 minutes today on the phone trying to get Comcast to charge me the monthly amount in the contract I signed last month. Talked to 4 different reps, provided my telephone number 3 times, my account number 3 times, indicated I was a business class client 4 times, etc. However, I was unable to succeed. My salesman said it would be taken care of immediately.
Comcast has the most user UNfriendly call system that takes you where you don't want to go, asks questions that have already been asked, and wastes your time.
