We have tried multiple times to transfer r our business to residental with no luck. There have been multiple tickets opened and closed by your agents who just want to get off the phone. This is redicolous. We get 16mb/s down with the business account for $70 a month, while residential service in same location with a splitter for two modems and get the 80 mb/s down.
Can someone please help with this. Comcast phone agents are useless.
