Is it possible to convert a business class account to residenial or vice versa? Or would I need to completely cancel my existing service then start up again under residential?
That would be correct. You will need to contact the residential Sales Department at 1-800-COMCAST (1-800-266-2278) to set up a new residential account. Once you have a date picked out for installation, you can call our business Loyalty Department at 1-800-391-3000 to disconnect the business account.
