I'm looking in to transferring our service from Business to Residential. I inquired about this briefly with Comcast this past summer & was told it can be done in just a few (kinda long lol) steps so to speak. We are under contract still with Comcast Business, but was told as long as I keep serve within Comcast there wouldn't be an ETF fee. I currently own my modem, which can handle the speed I'm at and going to. I hopefully won't have to buy another modem just to do this switch (since it's currently connected to Business)? Any help is appreciated.
