Transferring our service from Business to Residential

I'm looking in to transferring our service from Business to Residential. I inquired about this briefly with Comcast this past summer & was told it can be done in just a few (kinda long lol) steps so to speak. We are under contract still with Comcast Business, but was told as long as I keep serve within Comcast there wouldn't be an ETF fee. I currently own my modem, which can handle the speed I'm at and going to. I hopefully won't have to buy another modem just to do this switch (since it's currently connected to Business)? Any help is appreciated.

I would like to assist with this request to transfer the services. Can you please reach out through private message with the name, address and phone number on the business account?

I sent you one this morning, but I sent you another just a minute ago in case first one got missed. Thanks.

Hello, I hope today has been a good day for you. I will be happy to take a closer look at your request to move from Comcast Business to Comcast Residential service. Are you able to send a private message so I can assist you further and take a closer look at your service? Please include the account phone number, your account number, and your full-service address. (with the city, state, & zip code)
