Ticket CR381837902 horrible customer service

I called in May to reduce my channels and bill by $30. Was told no problem, person called back said would be a couple of days but don't worry. I am still getting bills fro old rate called back today. Told I could reduce to the $44.95 plan which is listed on the business site then 15 mins. later told that is not an option for me as a business customer I can only have $74.95 plan. Why was I not told this 4 mos. ago? Who can I escalate this too? I tried to get to a manager and nobody could get me anywhere. Why am I not allowed to get a cheaper plan that is offered on the website. If not resolved will be calling to cancel and go with another cheaper provider b/c I only need basic service. We have 20 offices on the North Shore so I plan on calling an getting them all to switch if not resolved.

First, let me apologize for the inappropriate customer service you last received. Please be advised that if you are a business class customer not working out of your home the following Private View TV packages are available to you:

1. Basic - $4.95 :  offers local broadcaster channels, Public Education, Government channeles area dependent.

2. Select - $14.95 : Basic channels + CNBC,CNN Headline New, Weather channel,Golf,Food Network,HGTV,National Geographic, Disney, Nickelodeon,Teen Nick area dependent.

3. Variety - $29.95 : Basic + Select + Fox News,Discovery,AMC, USA, etc. area dependent.

 

These are the TV packages below your current package that are available and you should simply call back to 1800-391-3000, use option 1, then provide the agent your Comcast account number and simply request whichever above package meets your business needs.
