Recently I signed up for Comcast business and have been waiting months for the "credits" (free months service and waived activation fees) promised me by the sales rep. I'm not sure who in this place has any authority at all to do the right thing, but I have in writting from a Comcast agent (the rep) emails stating that I will be credited for service as an incentive to choose Comcast. I did this after considering Verizon fios, and given my level of frustration with Comcast, I can see I made the wrong choice.
I've made a few good faith payments to comcast thus far hoping that my promised credits will magically appear, but they have not and I'm now getting harrased by the collections dept. This is my last straw though. If this post does not get my situation resolved, I'm calling Verizon and setting up with them - I'm waiting Comcast....

I still have not recieved a call from anyone on Comcasts end. Why is it so hard for your company to do the right thing? Honor the god dammned agreement your rep "sold" me on and we can move forward. If not, you lose a customer and Verizon gets one. Your choice - Best, Greg
