Termination of Comcast Business service

Hi,

 

I have returned my Comcast Business modem to a Comcast service center on 6/22/18 @1.39pm. Thereafter, I made a call to the number provided by the store personnel & cancelled my service. I want to ensure my service is properly cancelled/terminated as my account still shows that it is active.
