Termination Request

Hello,

I just completed a call with customer service requesting back up stating a 30/60 day notice needs to be given and a copy of our contract.  The owner of my company requests that in order to pay the final bill.  The customer service agent could not provide the information or tell me how to get it and suggested the legal department.  The legal department I was transferred to does not handle those situations.  The legal department only could recommend I call the 800 back.

 

I would like to request a copy of the termination requirements and a copy of our contract.

 

The customer service rep, John, was very condesenidng and rude when I continued to ask how to receive the requested information.  After I told him he was not being very nice and I was merely a customer asking for help because I wanted to pay my bill, he became worse.  Additional customer service training is needed.

I apologize for the poor experience and the delayed response. The termination requirements can be found here.  As for a copy of your service agreement please provide me with your preferred email address and I will send you a copy.

I've also been emailing with an Inez Turner.  We emailed on 7/22 regarding the docusign for the cancellation, since it says 60 day notice we could not sign it.  After I replied asking where to go from there, I have not received a respone.  I have forwarded the same email to her on 7/26 & 8/1, requesting further help.  Still no response.
