Tax Exemption

Hello. We are a non-profit organization. How can I submit the documents so no taxes are applied to our account?

Once again nobody acknowledged they received the documents or did anything.

 

Is a simple thing like this supposed to be such a struggle?

Stil zero progress.

 

I send and resend our IRS 501c3 document. Comcast_Michelle replies asks me if we have 501c3 document?

 

Something is terribly wrong with the support process in this forum.
