Tax Exempt

Hello, I have been trying for months to get my 3 accounts in the tax exempt status.  I have now been on the phone tryin to talk to someone for nearly 2 hours.  Billing transfers me to the retention dept and I get disconnected.  Retention transfers me to billing and I get disconnected.  Does anyone have a direct number that I can call to get this issue resolved?
