We are a non-profit organization and tax exempt, we do have an account with Comcast, but notice we have been charged taxes.
Where can I submit out tax exempt certificate?
I need to open another Tax Exempt ticket because it was closed out after emailing and faxing the documents. I have called and forwarded the email, but was informed that I need to put in a new ticket.
I need to have all the tax credited back as I have been dealing with this since 2018, which is not acceptable as a small non-profit.
