I've been trying to switch for a while now. The location used to be a business but this is my residence and I've lived here for 3 years now. I don't really need any of the business services, and I feel I'm paying a hefty premium for having a business account. I know my contract ended awhile ago. I'm actually ready to switch to a different provider as my last resort.

Yes I just get passed back and forth and they keep trying to get me to sign up to more contracts. So I don't want to deal with them unless I really have to. When I call Comcast Residential they don't know what to do because they say they can't touch a business address. I just keep going around in circles.
So I don't want to call comcast business to disconnect before I can get the new service set up.
