Switching from Business Internet to Residential, someone dropped the ball on the disconnect.
I have a disconnect request signed and submitted through Docusign on 8/31 (61 days ago) for my business internet and land line. I'm going to be switching to Xfinity residential. My account shows a bill due in 13 days for a full month's services. Nothing has been disconnected yet.
Please consider this notice that I'm not paying for any services past my disconnect date, and I will only pay a bill that has been pro-rated for the last partial month of services (ending yesterday, or whenever the 60 day notice period ended.)
Additionally, please make sure that my address is ready to be signed up for Xfinity residential services.
I hope this isn't going to be harder than it needs to be.
