When our former employee left our company the business account should have been transferred to our new employee's address.
Instead we receive invoices from the old address and the new address at the same time.
I also have online access to the old account but not to the new account but they both have the same name.
How should I continue from here? Can I cancel the old account myself?

Hi Belpastry and welcome to the forums! Thanks so much for reaching out about the new and old accounts coexisting; I'd like to look into this and we can figure out the best way to get this resolved. Can you please send a private message by clicking on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and providing your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account numbers for both?
