I've been on the Comcast Teleworker program for more than ten years now at my home. I want to switch to a residential plan. Can someone tell me how to go about doing this?

The first step would be to set up a disconnection date for your teleworker account. Have you already tried to close this account? If no, give us a call at 1-800-391-3000 when you have a chance. It's best if we set up your account to close on a future date and then you can reach out to us to open a residential account.
I want upgrade my service to a residential based service from the "telecomuter" based service that I have now had for 9.5yrs.
I have now been on hold for almost 2hrs and passed from business support to residential support 4 maybe 5 times..now billing.With one ticket being closed for mis routing. This the most frustrating customer service experience in years..!!! Terrible absolutely terrible..
I just want to buy more services / bandwidth and I cannot get this completed!
