Switch From Business Internet To Residential Internet

I've been on the Comcast Teleworker program for more than ten years now at my home.  I want to switch to a residential plan.  Can someone tell me how to go about doing this?

Hello, how are you? I hope your Wednesday has been a good one! I will be happy to answer all your questions and get you all the information you need! The first step would be to set up a disconnection date for your teleworker account. Have you already tried to close this account? If no, give us a call at 1-800-391-3000 when you have a chance. It's best if we set up your account to close on a future date and then you can reach out to us to open a residential account.
