Still being charged for returned equipment
We returned our equipment in February 2015 and have been using our own modem/router since then, however we've continued to have been billed every month. Can someone please fix this?

If you haven't already, you probably have to call them to get this taken care of. I had to a few years ago when I was still being billed for a returned modem. If you have a receipt for your return, even better. In my case, they were able to see the modem in their inventory, so it wasn't a big deal to remove the charge and refund the months they charged me for it.
