Still awaiting response

I have been trying to set up an extension I was told I could and wondering where is my $250 gift card.  Tried to reach out to response but nothing as of yet?

I see that you reached out in a separate forum as well. Can you please send us a Private Message by clicking on one of our Comcast names and then choosing the link on the righthand side that says Send this user a private message. If you can include your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number in that Private Message, that would help very much. We'll meet you there.
