Special promotion not received

When I first signed up with Comcast Business. I was offered a $200 gift card. But somewhere in that process the business service order agreement application got messed up. The person I spoke with activated a new business number and when I specified I wanted to keep my current phone number. So they re-started a whole new business service order agreement. Which I thought to my knowledge, everything would be the same as the original business service order agreement that would include the gift promotion.  Only reason why I signed up with Comcast was to use that gift card to pay off the early termination fees with AT&T. So now I'm stuck with no gift promotion and with the early termination fees from AT&T. Way to welcome your new customer Comcast. Bravo
