Services Previously Provided Not Carried Over to New Location
The services I was being provided at my previous location were supposed to be transferred to my new location (minus one phone line) and were not. I have been trying to get these issues rectified, but have been told that I will have to pay additional charges in order to receive the services "that I was receiving for 'free' at my old location".
I am still within the 30 days of service at my new location and am now being prevented from terminating my service due to my lack of satisfaction with threats of early termination fees and incomplete service termination forms that I am bring told I need to sign.
I would either like to receive the services I was receiving before at the price I was previously paying or be released without penalty, so that I can receive these services from another provider.
