I have a few accounts which I just added a voice line to. Now, when I try to view my bills online, it's telling me to enter my security PIN, and I don't have one. I tried the method to have it send the PIN to my email, but the e-mail address that it said it sent to was the old biz.comcast address that doesn't work anymore.
I did call in an talked to a very nice agent who told me that the PINs had been mailed to the billing addresses, described what the envelope would look like, etc., but they have never arrived. He told me that there was no way for him to update the email address on file due to some regulations.
I'm hoping that there's someone there who can change it because I can't download my invoices, and without them, can't get them paid!!!
I called in again and am hopeful that the PINs are being mailed. The rep just wasn't sure how soon they get sent out. I'm not seeing an option to send a private message.

I'm glad to hear the PIN is being mailed; it's the right way to get your PIN if we can't use your email. You can expect to receive the PIN within five to eight business days so be on the look out.
